EmpyrioS
A downloadable game
" My son, be careful at your work for it is God’s work; If you leave out but one letter or write but one letter too many You destroy the whole World…”
Empyrios is a game in which you and your friends will play as gods, cooperatively creating an imaginary world.
The game is aimed at producing a setting map and history, exercising together your collective imagination. The game handles itself to be used as a campaign starter for a ttRPG that enables shared setting creation.
Empyrios works best when played in person, with a big sheet of paper and loads of dices, pens, pencils and markers.
Influences
This game has been inspired by D.W. O’Boyle’s Our Pantheon, N. Bob Pesall’s Dawn of Worlds and Vincent Baker’s Apocalypse World.
Notes
This game has seen no playtests, as such it's probable the rules will need some balances and fixes.
Feel free to try it and possibly give me a feedback: any comment or idea is welcome and will help provide a better experience for me and other potential players.
